The Wilmot School has former Wilmot Graduate Kara Gerdes coming next week to do some reading and sharing in the library with our students! We are looking forward to hearing more about her work!

Due to losing a match with Wyndmere-Lidgerwood, the Wilmot Volleyball team will be meeting Dupree (who happened to lose a match on the very same date!) in Bowdle, SD on Thursday, October 19th at 5:30pm. It will be a bit of a drive, but we hope to see you there!

These students had entered the SD Jr Duck Stamp competition last March and won. As part of their award, prints of their work have been traveling around the state for certain events and the state fair was one of them. These were hanging in Norby Hall. Students are Bethanie Anderson, Arianna Hart, Kaden Haubris, and Jacob Sword

Update on the bleachers: We are open for sealed bids as we have some interested parties. We will need all bids in by 4:00pm on September 28th. You can drop them off at the school or send them to: Grant Hanson, AD Box 100 Wilmot, SD 57279 Good morning, Wilmot (NE South Dakota) will be getting new bleachers installed in November. We need these out sometime around November 14th. If you are interested, we can find a specific date and time. We have eight sections of bleachers, non-motorized. Two aisles on both sides of our gym. These are eight-tier wooden bleachers. Installed in our gym in 1986. See pictures for more info. Parties interested would need to arrange pickup. We will assist with removal.

Good evening, We would like to make sure that all parents have an email on file or portal access to check their child's assignments and grades. Every Wednesday at 5:00pm, we send out a scheduled message with missing assignments for our middle and high school students. Starting next Monday, messages will be sent for failing assignments as well. In order to receive these messages, parents and guardians must be connected to the Infinite Campus parent portal or have their email in our system. Those messages can't be sent via text or voice. Please reach out to the school if we do not have your email. If you have received a missing assignment email previously, disregard this message. Thank you, Grant Hanson
