Football camp is in Waubay today!
History in the making at the football field today! Since last September when lightning struck near the school and took out some of our lights and power, we have been working on a project to restore lights for our football field area. Through funding from insurance, we are now beginning the first phase of new, updated, and better lighting! Today, a crew is removing the 100+ year old posts around the field. Tomorrow, our new poles will be delivered and install is projected to be done by the end of the day on Wednesday. These poles will be set for a new orientation of our field next year, 2024. This will help set up for any future changes, additions, or upgrades to our sports facilities. If you are by the school today or this week to check out this progress, please be aware that we have children at our WASP Program, and make sure to stay clear of the crew and their work. 1st/2nd grade from 8-9 am.
3rd/4th/ 5th grade from 9-10:30 am
6th through 12th grade from 10:30 am -12:30 pm
All are next year grades.

Volleyball Camp for students entering grades 7-12! Sign up at the school. Print and bring in this form or fill one out at the office. Due June 9th.
Wilmot student-athletes are now required to complete a full physical each year. If your child completed a full physical last year, you will need to complete another one before the school year begins.
The Wilmot Clinic is helping out with a day dedicated to completing physicals for students on July 21st from 8am-2pm. Physicals are $35. If you schedule a "well child visit", Medicaid and/or Insurance can be used, and a physical form can be signed.
Parents MUST sign a form (can get these at the school) BEFORE the appointment if they are not accompanying their child.
If this date doesn't work for you, please call the clinic and set one up- they are open M, W, and F from 8-2.
Congratulations to the Core Kinetics Dance students from Wilmot. They ended their 2022-23 Dance Class with recitals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
